FREE SITE INSPECTION* AND TENDER REQUEST.

Once you’ve selected yours, you can add your personal touch with our huge range of standard options which include. grand outdoor rooms, butler’s pantries and more.We'll be here to guide you. With a large choice of cleverly designed options upfront, we'll prove you can be stylish on a budget by helping you get the most out of your SW homes.
*Available for new subdivision sites only. For Knockdown & Rebuild (KDR) customers, an initial investment of $1,500 is required to obtain a soil test and contour survey.
STEP 1: TENDER ACCEPTANCE.
It is our value and honesty policy to give you all known costs, including optional costs before you sign your Building Agreement so you know exactly what’s included in your home. Which for you, means NO hidden surprises. So the only surprise you get is how much you'll love your SW homes home.
STEP 2: CONSOLIDATED TENDER
As soon as we receive all the reports and information required for your land, we will produce your Consolidated Tender with any of your amendments and revisions included. Your Building & Design Consultant will present the Consolidated Tender for you and explain to you all the incredible value and inclusions that come with your home.
Once you've accepted your Consolidated Tender, your Building & Design Consultant will introduce you to your Client Liaison Officer and get the SW homes flowing!
STEP 3: PLAN DRAWING
Once we have all the details you've asked for included on your plans and tender, we'll ensure your home complies with Council and developer regulations and begin drawing your plans. Your dedicated Client Liaison Officer will keep you in the loop with and guide you through the building progress beginning with meeting with you to go through your plans and ensure you are happy with how your home will look.
STEP 4: COLOUR SELECTIONS AT MYCHOICE STUDIO
This is the stage where you can really get creative with your personal Interior Designer and select your choice of colours and finishes at our MyChoice Colour Studio. The state-of-the art MyChoice Colour Studio is a one-stop shop filled with all the latest trends for fittings, fixtures and finishes to create a home that is truly unique to you.
STEP 5: BUILDING AGREEMENT
At this exciting stage, your Client Liaison Officer will explain your Building Agreement in great detail and then you’ll sign the agreement when you’re happy you understand everything
KDR - if you are knocking down your existing home, now is the time to organise quote and application for the demolition.
STEP 6: BUILDING APPROVALS
Once you have signed off on the Building Agreement, we will lodge your plans for approval with Council or a Private Certifier (also the Land Developer, Water Board and Mines Subsidence Board if applicable). We handle all the
KDR - Once your new home plans have been approved, you can now arrange to have your existing home demolished.
STEP 7: ELECTRICAL
While your plans are in Council, we will organise for you to meet with our team at Electrical Selections to choose the position of your lights, switches and power points
STEP 8: CONSTRUCTION COMMENCEMENT
Well it's no longer a grand dream. Your SW homes Home is coming to life right before your eyes and we're just as excited as you are. Your Site Supervisor will meet you at your new address at every milestone so you can watch your creation unfold, all according to plan.
