OH&S Policy

Our goal is to design and implement a Safety Management System that promotes both Quality & Safety throughout our company and complies with relevant OHS legislation.

As part of this program, the management of SW Homes have developed and implement an Occupation Health & Safety System that meets the requirements of the Australian Standard AS4801.

In achieving and maintaining AS4801 Premier Building & Construction have set objectives and targets and are committed to the continual monitoring of these to identify opportunities for continual improvement through the implementation of risk management systems that identify, assess, monitor and control workplace risks and hazards.

SW Homes  is committed to ensuring that employees and sub contractors are safe from injuries and risks to health while they are at work, and accepts that employee health & safety is primarily the responsibility of management.

Furthermore, SW Homes  management agrees to provide all resources, training and equipment necessary to ensure the successful implementation and continuation of the OH&S system.

We will periodically review this policy to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate for our company. We shall also endeavour to comply with relevant OH&S regulations, acts and codes of practice.

This policy and all related OH&S procedures are available to employees and subcontractors via the Integrated Management System.

We seek the commitment of all SW Homes  employees and sub contractors to help make the achievement of these goals a personal responsibility.
